Return & Refund Policy
What items are returnable?
We have an easy returns policy. All items except free gifts/promotional items are returnable. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may raise a return request within 2 days from the original date of the day when the product is delivered to you.
Note: Please note that items shall be returned in the original condition and original packing. If packaging or product is found to be damaged, there shall be no refund initiated in that case unless you send us an unboxing video of the received parcel. And also send us a photo of the parcel.
Are there any charges for return?
Once your return request gets accepted we will arrange a pick-up from your given address. In this case, if you send the product by yourself we will reimburse you the product price or the payment that is charged for the product in case of any coupon code.

Note: Please do stick a paper with your order number on it in the package, otherwise your refund process may be delayed.
How and when will I get a refund?
Your refund request will be processed as soon as we receive your returned products. Normally your refund will be initiated within 24 hours after receiving the product by us.
In the case of prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded in the original payment method.
What is the process for Return & Refund?
- You raise a request for return by sending us the photo/video of the product at our support email: contact@badrealambukhari.org
- We approve the request and raise a pickup request to our courier partner, who will come to your doorstep and pick up the parcel.
- Your refund request will be processed as soon as we receive your returned products. And your refund will be initiated within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment.
What is the time period of returning an item?
An item must be initiated for return through this return panel within 2 days of receipt of shipment.
Note: If you take more than 2 days to raise a return request, we won’t entertain any kind of refund or return.
How much amount will be refunded?
The full product amount will be refunded. Taxes and shipping charges shall be excluded from the refund.

Cancellation Policy
Our Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing an order on our site (as all orders we receive on our site, have to be processed within 24 hours). For whatever be the reason customers have to reach us at contact@badrealambuhari.org with their order number, email, and name.
